        The staff are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. I forgot to take a blood test kit to my appointment and only realised en route, by which point it was too late to go back to collect it and still make my appointment time. I called them to explain, and they managed to fit me in later on that day and couldn't have been nicer about it. I've had bloods taken many times and the doctor who took mine was the best I've had - I genuinely did not feel a thing. Very professional, lovely offices and I can't recommend them highly enough, as my experience was superb from start to finish.

        Used them, would recommend. Get sort backs from ice hockey and helped a lot!

        Been attending LifeFit wellness for pre and post Physiotherapy for 2 hip replacements. With Emmett and Morven. Also had steroid injection in knee from Stewart and get sports massages from Mhairi. From the receptionists to the clinicians the care is superb. Highly recommended.

        I started going to pilates at Life Fit Falkirk following an ankle injury 6 or 7 years ago. The classes are friendly, physio led and fun. Definitely recommend the classes to all age groups.
