It has to be the worst I have ever dealt with I finally took my complaints to Head office they were shocked at how bad it is. Apparently they couldn't get a permanent pharmacist but one was getting trained. Only 1 staff member was polite the rest are rude. I also reported them to environmental services as the shop is filthy. If the front is bad what's the back like. The amount of customers that were told sorry your prescription is lost, or wasn't ordered., come back tomorrow they would say av been coming back for a week. They actually locked the door while I was in and said they were now closed. Customers banging the door. The pharmacist then said come back tomorrow one lady said I have been without medication 3 days he says yes come tomorrow. I wouldnt trust them to make me a cheese roll it would be wrong x -stars for me

They open and close when they please. Went to collect my medicine at start of week and they were closed 1.5hrs for lunch so went to get medicine today at half 9 and they were closed, even though they are meant to open at 9. No way of contacting them either. Long wait times. Bad system for picking up medication. At times I've waited over half an hour outside in the rain, just to collect medication that takes 2 mins. I handed in a prescription and was told it would be 5 mins but i couldnt wait in store as they were still following COVID guidelines (months after the guidelines has stopped) i waited in the car. After 5mins came to get my medicine and the queue was up past the GP surgery. Only 1 staff member coming to the door and serving people. Some people only wanted to had a prescription in, so not sure why they couldnt walk along the line and take them, to get rid of the queue.

Waited in a queue to then be told that they didn't have time to dispense my prescription as they would be closing in 20 minutes.

This is the worst pharmacy in Falkirk area. Every time you go either they have lost your prescription and they will tell her to come after two hours after three hours. I have had this issue for more than six times , wait in queue for ages to be attended
