Attended today for my pre-booked flu jag only to be told the Pharmacist wasn't in. Advised I received confirmation email yesterday to attend appt & questioned therefore why Pharmacist wasn't in to undertake this. Pre-booked flu jag was cancelled by email at short notice last week so this was the 2nd jag I'd booked at this branch. Staff were extremely rude telling me not to complain to them but to complain to Head Office instead. What a shambolic & disgraceful approach to customer service. Will never visit this pharmacy again.

Prescription never ready even after waiting over a week, or items missing or the wrong ones given. Used to be a good wee pharmacy, only get from it now because my gp sends my prescription there.

Joke of a place. Always losing prescriptions and never start making up the order until you've went in to ask for it so you have to come back hours/days/weeks after they received it

Falkirk shop in Thornhill Road. For past few months during 2022, they put up notices 'staff shortage' and close shop either for lunch break, staff training, or to limit number of people in shop at any given time (post covid). Today 5/8/22 there was the usual Que outside shop and door was locked. Stood for over 20 mins, with 8 in front of me and 6 behind. No effort made to explain situation, just left hanging. After 30 mins abandoned, to return next day, when things may be better. Will not hold my breath. Very poor.

Just had delivery today. I got my usual tray but my wifes tray was missing and someone elses tray was delivered instead. This pharmacy has gone down as far as possible in the last months. Will be contacting head office.
