One of the most inefficient and slowest pharmacies I have ever been too regardless of the volume of customers. I suggest going to another one.

Of all 5he chemist shops in the Falkirk district this is the one to avoid. They take for ever to serve you. There is never any counter staff as they are all through the back. They come through speak to a customer avoid speaking and eye contact with the ones in the queue instead serving the queue .

I'm not normally someone who leaves reviews but I don't know what went so horribly wrong with the management of this place, it's a total shambles. They almost never answer their phones, I have on multiple occasions tried calling and calling for hours, still being ignored, and even hung up on sometimes. And if you actually go in to pick up a prescription you ordered 2 weeks ago, you can expect to wait 30-60 minutes for them to find your prescription only to tell you it's not in stock and you have to wait until tomorrow, but when you return, they'll tell you they still don't have it. It's an absolute nightmare, save yourself the hassle and just go to the Tesco pharmacy instead, much more professional service

This place is the Fawlty Towers of chemists, they couldn't find their backside with both hands. Terrible customer service, lies, farcical excuses, inconsistency, and just to keep up with society's all consuming fashion they love to play the victim non stop whilst utilising political correctness whenever it suits. The shop is filthy and the counter staff have the IQ of single celled amoebas. I've seen more switched on creatures floating on their sides on the surface of garden ponds. Take your prescriptions to the ice cream shop across the road, you'll have more chance of getting what's prescribed and let's be honest, who doesn't love ice cream.
