        I went to send parcels back through Veri. The guy is older and not very clear on helping with the process. Good enough wee shop though.

        Just wow. Went in here to return parcels using the evri machine and honestly they have no clue. Selected packagless return and was told I needed to wrap it. Spent ages explaining to them it was supposed to be packagless and that they were meant to wrap it. Then I basically got shooed out the door and asked what I was waiting for etc. Ended up sending 1 or 3 packages as I didn't want to hang around any more
