I just wanted to share my opinion of Katrena and her team at Quality Masonry Services Limited. Absolutely outstanding team. I live in England and so my communications were by phone and email only but I was extremely impressed by their attitude and helpfulness. I arranged for my brother and sister to visit the showroom to choose a headstone for our parents who both died this year. It has been an extremely stressful time for us all. My brother and sister said that Katrena and her team were extremely helpful. Endless questions were answered in great detail. Lots of advice was given when requested, a large range of memorials were on show indoors and, importantly, there was absolutely no pressure to make a choice or buy anything. A headstone was chosen earlier in the summer and installed last week. I visited at the weekend with my brother and sister and our reactions were all identical. Wow, wow, wow. The butterfly blue polished granite headstone is stunning. The inscriptions are beautifully written. I cannot recommend this company enough. They cover a large area geographically and their prices are extremely competitive. Don't hesitate to contact this company. They make a very difficult decision very easy. Credit to the lads who installed the stone by a specific date I requested so that I could visit with my brother and sister working round their work patterns.

When visiting the Quality Masonry Services today with my sister, I found the staff to be unhelpful and what can only be described as unkind, rude, aggressive and insensitive to my sisters situation. My sister recently just lost her dad and was in picking a headstone for her father, the staff belittled her ideas, bullied her into making decisions she did not want. So much so my sister actually left the shop crying and upset. Upon returning to the shop once my sister had contained herself, I asked to speak to the member of staff we he had been dealing with our order, to be ask who wants to know?. At this difficult time, when emotions are running high you would assume we would have been treated with compassion not contempt because we had different and untraditional ideas about my sister fathers headstone. Disgusting service, horrible staff! Stay clear! They will make a difficult time worse!
