Totally ignored. Visited with wife who has taken months to get to the stage of admitting she might need help with mobility (scooter or Walker) we said we were in to possibly look at scooters (large ticket item) the ONLY interaction we got from the colleague was sanitise your hands before touching anything. Now given COVID that is totally reasonable but for that to be the only thing said. No questions about use, no how are you. Honestly appalled at the interaction & will never be back ******* Update******* Just had the stock response from Abuzz which is a copy and paste job from their Facebook response to my wife. Here was my response to their comment- shocking service: avoid at all costs. - Hi, we indicated we were looking at scooters and you sat behind the screen typing away. At no time did you ask if we needed any more help or had any questions which you would try to answer. We sanitised our hands and continued to look for several more minutes. No interaction from staff, no goodbye, nothing. Really disappointed. Considering it took my wife so long to admit to possibly needing help to get such a lacklustre response to visiting your premises, for what is not an inconsiderate purchase or a small sum of money, was very very disappointing. If you seriously think you did everything that could reasonably constitute good service then I would suggest you close up & stop working in any retail capacity. The fact you have responded to my google review with the exact same comment as above shows the lack of care & professionalism that I would expect from any retailer worth their salt that deals with vulnerable groups of people.
