Wonder World Soft Play Falkirk

It's a rip off from start to finish over 17 pounds for a two year old and a four year old to get in then ordered them meals and us Soup the children's meal was burnt and when I pointed this out tho the woman in the kitchen all I got was abuse she told be it was just different chips they were using the amount of time waiting on food was a disgrace buzzer never went off do had to go looking to see if food was ready .Toilets were a disgrace too toilet paper all over the floor dirty toilet bowls needless to say won't be back .

Charged 5 for a bottle of Diet Coke and bottle of iron bru . Absolutely outrageous to charge that ! Then to find out they dont sell water is a disgrace.

This place really has gone downhill, first expect to do laps of a small busy car park for at least 10 minutes before finding a space, to then take your pick of whatever dirty looking table is available, I sat for 2hrs and saw staff pickup dirty plates & cups but not once ever think of cleaning & wiping a table. Then the free go karts that are advertised are all parked up broken with usually only 1 available in the whole building. Add to that vastly overpriced sandwiches & snack food
