If you have suffered from abuse or know anyone suffering from abuse please avoid and advise to avoid CEA! please avoid this place at all costs. They state they have policies in place but they use discretion to void those policies, they will lie to you and lead you along quite simply because they receive funding from the state. They let you down with data requests and are quite simply not of any use to anyone. Reading the review below it seems they actually placed someone in danger please avoid

Be aware of this service. I initially acquired a phone appointment with the Falkirk service and I was called half an hour before my agreed appointment time which could have put me in a dangerous situation, they did not seem to grasp this, when I wanted to complain I was directed to the manager- who was the person who did that! So my complaint obviously went nowhere. A number of weeks later I was referred to the Stirling service, weeks went by before I heard- wouldn't have had to have been urgent- and the person who referred me had to keep chasing up my referral, I finally got a response after them being chased up again that day, I couldn't speak at that time but the person on the other side of the phone sounded like it was an inconvenience to even make that call, lots of sighing, sounded preoccupied and said to call her back. A real disappointment.
