        Put an offer in on Property from Northwood. Was told by not choosing Northwood to sell my house wouldnt have an adverse effect on buying. But since the moment we chose not to use Northwood. Responses slowed down. Had to chase to find out if first offer was accepted or rejected. On getting through was told we were neither accepted or rejected left pending. We then negotiated a 2nd offer. Jim told us, he was working through the festive period and would Be available. Which he wasnt. It took until 8 days later for me to phone to find out they still hadnt heard back. Extremely poor customer service. Leaving potential buyers in limbo. I wouldnt avoid buying a property from Northwood at all costs.
