        The office in Grangemouth have been dealing with my dad's estate. And I have to say they are the most incompetent, unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Rude, uncommunicative, slow, and unable to perform even the simplest of tasks (it took them 3 attempts to send a letter correctly - my 11 year old child can do that)
