I don't understand the new system to get an appointment. 30 mins trying to get on to the queue but the line is always busy. By the time you get through the appointments have all gone. Absolutely ridiculous. This has happened every single I've phoned.

The worst doctor practice in the whole of the central belt I would argue! Not a single shred of Empathy, Care, Compassion or even helpfulness from a ever one member of staff in this total joke of a surgery

The worst doctors' practice I have ever had to deal with. The staff are rude, condescending and unhelpful. The doctors and nurses are incompetent and don't listen. We've had to deal with misdiagnosed issues, dismissive attitudes, several lost or missing prescriptions, administrative issues, discrimination, data protection issues, and several serious complaints. Trying to call for an appointment is also a joke. When you finally get one, doctors give you information and a treatment plan, which you then follow, but the reception staff will then refuse to assist you further with said treatment plan so additional appointments are required, further delaying treatment, and perpetuating the cycle. Avoid at all costs.
