I would give a 0, but unfortunately that is not possible. Shambles, absolute shambles.

We have been assigned this practice upon moving. The staff have always been nice to me, I have always managed to get a phone call back for my son, which I really appreciate. It is hard to get through to the practice as they are so busy. And face to face appointments are almost impossible these days. However, I believe that all the staff work hard in trying to accommodate everyone. Thank you

Lazy, incompetent and a waste of time. Left my cancer to grow as apparently "That's not an emergency". Well it was, and was left to fester for a year. Pick this GP surgery if you want to die quicker.

reception is a nightmare. most time don't answer the phone, are very unhelpful. got told by a pharmacist that i cannot use the medication long term that the doctor gave me, so phoned to see if i could be given something else, had to call back a different day which is hard given i work full time. reception tell you they can't give medical advice - which i agree with, but then go and do just that. they told me they can't advise me if my issues were an emergency, i explained that on occasion when my symptoms start i have considered going to A&E due to the pain and the receptionist said i shouldn't do that as it is not an emergency! The doctors have always been lovely once i have managed to see/speak to them, but reception make it almost impossible. Attended an appointment in 2022. After finally winning the lottery and getting an appointment the Dr asked me why I hadn't "googled my symptoms" then preceeded to say let's google them. Picked up her iPhone and tried to Google the answer. Couldn't find an answer on Google then lost the Internet connection on her phone so swore and tossed the phone down on the desk. Started huffing when I asked questions and asked me what medicine did I want (how should I know, that's their job) then told me had to end the appointment there because my notes were quite long and took up too much time, her looking through my history
