I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Ross and the team at the Falkirk Sony Centre. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard and level of work was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Dear Falkirk Sony Centre Team, I have never taken my time to write a review. But I must say, I was extremely impressed abut your service and communication. I made the order on Sunday night, although I never paid for a tracked fast and next day delivery, the Sony camera I ordered was delivered the following day. Throughout the delivery process I was communicating with Lorraine who was a lovely lady and was answering my emails promptly. you should be proud that sell on a national stage, I am extremely pleased about your professional service and will make sure to buy from you company again. Thank you again for the great work. You deserve more than 5 star!

Ordered from them online, as they were one of the few places with the item I wanted in stock. All I can say is that I wish I lived in Falkirk. Service was friendly and exemplary, and the item was with the Post Office ridiculously quickly. Unfortunately Royal Mail then left it in Edinburgh for an extra day, but not much can be done about that. It was also very well packed. I wish I had more Sony things to buy.
