Awful, website said in stock, not so, ordered in store, told its in next day after 5pm, Nope not in next day, tried a price match on another item, item not in stock, cannot do, have to phone head office and get a voucher code. Hoping 3 days later the goods might be in, they were not after a store wide hunt. Never again, would rather pay more and get it elsewhere. Total lack of staff, went at 5:45 , item not in, 45 mins later got a email to collect it ! Today not open until 10am, who opens at 10 nowadays? Never get my trade again.

Disgrace of a shop these days, I have went there for years buying TVs laptops, stereos PS2, PS3, PS4,PS5 knowing they are always there should I need help. My laptop not 2 months old developed a charger port fault and they tell me it not under warranty.. I can wait till they are working at an Amazon depot
