As a first time seller, there were a lot of things I didnt know about the process, but Clark was very helpful in explaining things to me. He also demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the local area, as well as the wider economic issues that affect the housing market.
All agents I contacted were more or less the same in terms of fees, so I went with Clyde as Clark was the most impressive, and I am glad I did because I saw how much effort he and his team put into getting me sold (particularly in regards to how quickly they made themselves available for viewings with potential buyers).
For conveyancing, I went with Morton Pacitti and was very satisfied with their service too.
