I visited regarding a neighbours flat which is managed by Belvoir. They are only interested in collecting money . I still have a problem, and the source of the problem is the Belvoir flat

Very pleased with experience. Communication was clear and staff were friendly and happy to help. The welcome pack added to the experience and we appreciated that they'd already contacted the suppliers for utilities etc.

If you are a tenant avoid, we moved into a property and within a month it was infested with rising damp and mould, they tried to blame us for it telling us not to put heating on during winter and keep windows open, we had professionals come out inspect and confirm it was due to a damaged roof, even after this they try to blame us and make no attempt to repairing the problem, when confronted all they had to say was move out if your not happy. Which was exactly what I did absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from them
