We contacted A.R.D as we wanted expert advice on our pensions, mainly to ensure we have enough income when we come to retire. From our initial telephone call with Andrew, our meeting with Daniel and our ongoing liaison with Maureen, the service has been excellent. Once they had pulled together the information, we met with Andrew to go over our pensions and his knowledge and advice was invaluable. He spoke in clear, plain language and didn't baffle us with science (or make us feel stupid) and trust me, we asked a million questions. We now have a clear plan going forward and we intend to engage A.R.D to manage our pensions and finances going forward.
