Lyndsay, Elaine & the rest of the team at Nest estate agents have been an absolute pleasure to work with during the process of a sale of a house. They were very friendly & approachable along with knowledgeable in the area. From the minute I had the first valuation with Lyndsay I clicked straight away. Lyndsay was very open and honest and didnt bombard you with sales tactics which I appreciated. Even though the market has been rough the last few months due to the interest rate dilemma Nest still managed to get a great sale for the house. I also love how they are an independent estate agent and not part of a big chain so you get a more personal experience. We have just sold our house with Nest Estate Agents. The best thing about the way they work is that the person who does the viewings is the person who wrote the schedule, who took the photos, who did the floorplan and knows the house really well. I have found with larger agencies the person who is doing the viewings may not have been in the house before and is unable to answer simple questions. Nest kept us up to date with everything and we always felt they were fully focused on our sale.
