I can't recommend Airtight windows enough. What a fantastic job Kevin did. Im so pleased. Windows look amazing inside and out. The finish he creates are what makes the job very professional. He is also very clean and tidy leaving each room the way he found it. Thanks Kevin for all your hard work

Was recommended to contact this company when my French doors jammed and wouldnt lock properly. Turned up on time and fixed the issue in minutes and refused to take any payment stating he was passing this way anyway. Hard to find decent tradesmen so I will absolutely recommend this company as friendly helpful and professional. Thank you very much for fixing my problem promptly!

In October 2020 Airtight Windows installed 2 doors and 7 windows. Initially I left a 5 star review but, in December ,as the weather got colder , I noticed a draft coming from the side of the windows. Kevin replaced the trim on the outside of one window to see if that fixed the problem, it did not. Kevin visited with a representative from Kommerling Windows who said there was nothing wrong with the manufacturing of the windows but refused to sign a document stating this. In May Kevin removed and fitted 2 windows , now when opening and closing these windows the brush seal comes away from the frame. Kevin visited once more and after being asked a few questions walked away from the job without offering a satisfactory solution . This has affected my mental health as we have been left with ill-fitting draughty windows and door, meaning our heating bill has increased , I feel very let down that we have been left in this position.
