I would recommend anyone to use MTM, the office staff are responsive, understanding of situations and very helpful in passing on information to the team of solicitors. Mr Morrow & Mr Aitken are both friendly, pleasant and very accommodating, the service they offer is invaluable. Highly recommended!

Called this firm on 17 October to seek legal advice - due to holidays they were unable to speak at that time but scheduled a phone appointment for 27 October 4.00pm - no call came and on phoning I was told there had been a glitch in the diary and my name / time was not in but someone would call me back shortly and definitely before end of day. No call came so I called next day and no explanation was given for no call but was promised Mr Morrow would call me at 3.30 today - unfortunately that time came and went and again no call. Called to ask why no contact and told he had been tied up with other appointments but no explanation on why I was not contacted by anyone to apologize / inform or reschedule. Would recommend not using this firm as they appear incapable of delivering any modicum of customer service
