They knew I was a potential customer as my first question was to confirm if this was the contact number for the ironing shop on Grahams Road. When given confirmation I then asked what time they shut today in order to confirm the Google times as Im aware some businesses have been closing earlier due to Covid.
They responded 9 to me and then immediately hung up, the line was very bad so I assumed they hadnt heard me. I rang again after about 20 minutes to give them time to perhaps call me back instead, I then asked if there was another number to call and was hung up on again.
This is poor service. Extremely poor. I have texted the number to make them aware they are the only point of contact for the store on Google as perhaps they are unaware. Hope they have a better start to the day than they just gave me.
