Where I cant speak for the quality of this stores service, I am leaving a poor review to highlight the poor the level of altruism of the staff here. A few weeks ago myself, my pregnant wife and our dog were attacked by a large group of thugs. This was unprovoked and completely at random which led to myself having to go to the hospital for dozens of stitches and will bare scars for the rest of my life. My wife was also left traumatised, and our dog, who is a very nervous rescue, has been an anxious wreck since this. The staff members at this store were closing up shop and of course it is not expected that they should in any way become involved or put themselves at risk, not only did they just stare with judgemental and unsympathetic looks on their face, they also did not call for police, or ask if we were ok when the thugs were gone as I sat dripping in blood, they simply walked away muttering. This poor level of concern for other members of the public has shocked me, I could not imagine reacting to something like that in such a cold manner. My wife was in full work uniform and it was clear to see we were not rough people looking for trouble but genuinely in danger. When this case goes to court and the local paper eventually reports on it, I will ensure the lack of concern and the cold reaction by staff are highlighted in the article and will ensure as many people as possible avoid this store. I have never wished hardship to a business, and have never left a bad review to anywhere, but the staff here have shown their lack of decency and should be ashamed.
