All went wonderfully with communication & service delivery, until a few months later when a small repair was required to the gate; the locking bolt had fallen off after only a few months of use. We attempted to contact the firm a number of times to which there was no answer or response to our voice messages. A week later we attempted to contact the firm again, again we left messages. Once Ryan made the mistake of answering the phone and had the audacity to just hang up. Various calls followed to which no response, nor a response to either texts or emails. We feel severely let down by this firm to which we paid a lot of money to install gates & a boundary fence. From the presentation of the company and their initial service I would not have expected the gate to start falling to pieces or to receive no after sales customer service! Now 4 weeks later still no communication. Stay away from this firm if you are looking to receive a quality product & service - reeks of a firm just to happy to take your money & run!
