        I was very nervous going in here as I've never had to use a jobcentre before. I was taken aback a bit with the amount of security they have. They were very friendly and I assume they are there in case something kicks off. The guy I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful (I didn't catch his name) but this experience could have been very daunting but the staff couldn't have been more helpful!

        Excellent service from everyone Ive encountered here, been very helpful and pleasant. A lot of security people wandering about is odd but rarely distracting ........hopefully youll not need a jobcentre but this is a good one

        I was struggling physically and mentally and needed help but no one in that office would help me. They are moving to Falkirk High Street and I am somewhat sceptical whether it is going to improve.
