When it comes to smoke alarms, this team know their stuff and serve their community exceptionally well. Mr John Gaffney, I bow to you and the gang who visited me today to replace a smoke alarm. You got called to a shout and I hope you all know that I prayed for you all as you left with sirens blazing. So...just posting a very positive review for Falkirk Fire Officers. Not that long ago there was a major fire in our street. Fire officers and all other necessary emergency services were here within minutes minimising fire damage and keeping us all safe. They also carried out fire assessments and provided smoke alarms to local households. I had reason to call the fire station tonight to report that the smoke alarm was faulty. Officers were out within the a couple of hours; fixed the smoke alarm and carried out another fire assessment. Just wanted to thank them for responsive efficient service. Applaud our emergency services for keeping us safe!
