        Fantastic service. At the push of a button elderly or vulnerable people have instant help and mecs wardens sent if needed. Well done Falkirk Council for this superb service.

        Do you think the MECS could be a little bit louder because there are those that should be wearing hearing aids that don't. They come crashing in and banging doors. Other people are affected by their actions. Consider those around not just the person yous are attending.

        Everytime I have needed assistance MECS have came out as quickly as possible and got me back onto my feet with kindness and professionalism and I am so thankful for them. They have been doing this for me the last six years and thats what people need to know. Not stories they might have heard or where they parked their van etc. The point is they are there when your or somone in your family need them full stop.
