Excellent no fuss honest service. No salesperson. Take your measurements. Receive quote. Place the order. Pay the deposit. Windows fitted as and when they arrive. Pay the balance. Why can't all trades companies be so frictionless.

Unfortunately after multiple emails of correspondence to and fro I was ghosted. I asked if they would be willing to change e single three panel bedroom window and they seemed happy to do so. I wasted 2 months waiting on them to supply and fit the unit but they stopped replying eventually. Not sure where I could have been a better customer. Maybe you could help me with some feedback. An absolute waste of time is my experience with this outfit. Pity. Subsequent to your reply; Im afraid that youre incorrect. This is your company and I did indeed deal with you. I called and spoke at least twice to someone. I also have numerous emails from Linda Hardie. Im happy to email them to you should you wish. If it bothers you to the point you call people liars Im happy to take the review off.
