So unprofessional, wouldn't trust anyone in this surgery as far as I could throw them reception staff Is very rude Dentists are meant to be qualified in this profession but they don't seem to have a clue what there doing which terrifies me as I'm meant to trust them.. worst dentist ever.. pleas anyone with sense pelase BOYCOTT

I wouldn't trust or recommend Forth Valley Smile Design McNicol & Lennox. When I attended my 6 month check up the dentist had a look at my teeth, but NEVER carried out an x-ray, & advised me I needed a filling in my upper left 7th tooth. Thankfully I listened to my gut instinct as something didn't feel right, plus I hadn't experienced any pain or sensitivity. I decided to change to a totally different dental practice as I was also fed up with the constant change of dentists & rude reception staff at McNicol & Lennox. Once I had registered with my new dental practice, the dentist carried out an x-ray & advised me that my teeth were healthy & that NO work was required. I then went back to McNicol & Lennox to raise a complaint, only to be told it could be a difference of opinion. Shocking!!!
