Ordered online from a really basic website. Ordered a simple strawberry box for delivery to Glasgow (which website says they do for 10 extra, half the cost of the box itself). Provided email and phone number. Get to the delivery date and have to call to see where the box is. I'm told they emailed me and refunded the purchase straight away. They no longer deliver to Glasgow. Strange considering I had called just after Valentine's to confirm they could deliver to Glasgow and how to tell them on the website which date I would like. Everything was ok on the phone so strange when I do it online they suddenly aren't delivering to me. Guys says he emailed there's no email from him at all. And the refund isnt in my bank despite it being 3 working days since the refund was put through. Shame cause the place looks good but they seem to be over stretching what they can do. Maybe stick to being a local shop.
