        Inept staff being run by inept leaders it seems the staff do not have the correct training to do the job they seem to think they are capable of doing A service driven to grab whatever monies they can with no thought to those affected theyre playing with real people's lives

        They took money from my account without letting me know of how much was to be taken out with no letter of how much in February 2017 to come out and when I checked my account this morning (31 March 17) they have took more than last month and still no letter saying how much was to come out. I understand that both parents need to pay for there child but they should also be taking into account if the parent still provides for there child even they don't give money to the parent with care. Me personally feels they should only be involved if one of the parent isn't having any contact with the child /children. As I'd be more than happy to have my daughter staying with me full time and her mother keeping her money. With a parent going to the child support is easy money.
