        Terrible! I called them by phone and made an appointment for washing and valeting for 10.30 on Friday. When I arrived to this car wash, I was told that they have a lot of work and I can collect my car only after 4 hours. It didn't really suit me, but I had already made my way from my village to them, so I agreed and went to do a few things in the Falkirk. I left my car with them for more than 4 hours and when I came back they didn't even start washing it.
