I had a full service done at this branch. I am a first time customer. They are very professional and provide a great service. I had my car serviced fully in 3 hours. It was even vacuumed and washed. The technician sends a video while your car is on the ramp explaining everything and any concerns. I did not feel i was being ripped off and any concerns reported were raised as they genuinely care about the cars safety and performance. Thank you to all the team in Falkirk. Will be recommending this branch to anyone needing a service.

Was very impressed with the knowledge and speed of todays transaction with Bryan. Super easy to go in select a Motability vehicle and come out a short time later with a car on order. Bryan was friendly and helpful such an easy process.

Would never step foot back in this place. Bought a used car cash in September and had nothing but upset and grief since. January was emailed to say service was due, booked online with the option whilst you wait and booked the price for 164.00. Took car in awful woman on service desk don't do whilst you wait and the service is 245.00, mentioned squealing coming from brakes and asked if they would be checked on the free health check, answer no its 144.00 to look at brakes. Ended up having to get a taxi home in the snow as they couldn't say when car would be ready. Car was dropped off to them at 8.30am, received a call at 3.00pm to say there was as issue with the sump and they would not give me car back until I had paid for that to be repaired. So service ended up costing me over 400 pounds and they did not give me car back until later the next day. Ok 1 bad experience I thought I will let that go. On service they noted they couldn't find locking wheel nut key which was supposed to of been in car when we bought it. Emailed the branch to ask where the key would and was told we have lost it and I could have a replacement set put on for the cost of 244.00. Obviously I went elsewhere for this. In the 7 months I have had car I have had a broken spring on suspension, a leaking coolant tank, a stuck brake caliper that had to be replaced a blown exhaust and movement in gearbox mounting. I have always bought used cars and this is by far the worst place I have ever been. The stress and the cost which includes lost pay due to car being in garages to be fixed I really wish I had never chose evan halshaw for a car.

Have bought my last 3 cars from Evans Halshaw Falkirk and have always been impressed with the service. This time was no different and we are very happy with our new car and the great service given by Daniel Thomson. Would certainly recommend Evans Halshaw.
