        Really such nice staff at this Branch! I sought some assistance in setting up my online account, for which I received well-informed and helpful advice. Friendly faces all-round, which does make all the difference. Thank you!

        I mainly used mobile banking now. The app is easy to use & you can keep an eye on your money 24/7. You get a card reading machine for extra security for your acc's. The few times I've had to visit local branch ( Falkirk High St) the staff are very friendly & can't do enough to help you. Even with the social distancing. I would recommend Nationwide to everyone. I'm glad I joined.
