The most horrible customer service I ever had! I was calling the brunch for 1hour and half -no reply!!! Obviously they are just ignoring the phone!
I had the most ridiculous experience with the customer service assistant named Barry. Unbelievably rude not willing to help at all. He was lying to my face!!! I needed some staff and he was saying that they don't have it as soon as I said I will contact their head office and I will make the official complain. Suddenly what I needed appear in the stock! Is this normal?
