        Booked for one night whilst in Falkirk on business, in June 2019. It was a 10 minute walk from the station, with a bag. Had a very warm welcome on arrival, and an incredibly spacious double room with own separate sitting area and good WiFi signal strength. The bed was comfortable and as the venue is in a quiet location I got a good nights rest; which prepared me for the most enjoyable breakfast the next morning all freshly prepared by Rosie. Would recommend, and would stay again if was in the area.
