        Disappointed by the customer service. Usually lovely. Staff failed to mention the 20% VAT wasnt included on the price advertised which Im sure is new as paid less before. When I questioned this, the staff member told me I should start doing something and then Id get a discount which I took as extremely rude to her not knowing anything about my life or situations being a full time uni student with debts and full time job Id classify that as doing something. Not everyone can be a cheap beauty school drop out. Wont be back. Prices cheaper on Amazon.

        Excellent Customer care. Made to feel very welcome. Staff made sure I got the items I required. Manageress and Assistant both went out of their way to help me. Fast service. Best Sallys Ive been to. Definitely will return regularly to this particular store
