Hard to deal with and prices keep changing. Not professional or trustworthy in my opinion.

I had to call a week after ordering a 3 litre barrel, because, apart from confirmation of the payment, I hadn't heard anything about my order. Apparently they couldnt find my payment, but hadn't bothered to get in touch with me. After speaking with them, and forwarding the payment confirmation email, the order was shipped. The delivery fee was 24, one would expect to get the ordered goods earlier than a week for that amount of money. The barrel is cheap looking, poor quality and doesnt fit properly in the stand. When I questioned this, Ive been told this is normal - probably for this company. Customer service is abysmal, Patrick needs to learn how to compose a professional, courteous email. Edit: the barrel is unusable.

Advertising barrels at trade 20 with purchases over 150 delivery. When you go to order its 156 barrels minimum order, bit pointless of a advertisement, and a waste of both our time
