        I work 08:30 to 5pm, Monday to Friday, close to Falkirk Town centre, however I am unable to go to my RBS branch, due to their opening hours. I must visit the branch to deal with this matter. You do get the impression that customer service is a nuisance to RBS.

        Closed at weekends and only open 10-3. Absolutely useless if you work 9-5 Monday to Friday. Using a holiday to go to bank . Poor service.
