Used for the garage conversion/ extension to our house. Billy was excellent, he guided us through the whole process including getting the required planning permissions and completion certificate. He provided the designs and gave us advice and ideas as to what we could do. Also arranged for estimates from builders to allow us to decide who to employ for the work. We engaged him to oversee the work and he carried out regular checks with the builders. All in all a great service and highly recommend.

i Line Designs took our proposals and came up with a number of alternatives. We could pic and mix to end up with a design we were happy with.

Im not sure who is giving this guy 5 stars. Stay away he is rude doest answer emails to myself nor council i have paper trail plus calls etc. Stay away at all costs my project still not signed off as he will not answer emails calls ets. The council also sent him an email on 6th June with no reply. I have been left with no oppurtunity but to go to the Architects governing body about getting him struck off bedt place for him
