I'm not usually a person to leave a negative review but the longer I've left it, the more annoyed I've got.. Main concern when I made an appointment was my shoulder issue causing me to be off work but after the first appointment I didn't feel like that was addressed and ended up causing further issues to my left knee and difficulty walking, Either my knee was a ticking time bomb(good possibility) or it was pushed too far.. I ended up going elsewhere and they've discovered I've got a damaged nerve in my neck which is causing my the issues down my shoulder/arm and quite honestly told me to get seen by my practice physio which confirmed that.. Could've been hundreds of pounds down before this was realised and no benefit +1 points for the receptionist being so nice and welcoming and follow up call.

I am 67 and have various health issues and had been in a car accident several years ago. After years of consultants, nerves in my back being cut and regenerating, physiotherapy and trial and error with varying medications I was told that nortriptyline and pain meds were all that was left At this point I could stand for about 5 minutes, walk very short distances with support and could only crawl up stairs and come down on my bottom. Whilst online looking for a much needed wheelchair I accidentally discovered information about the Pain and Posture Wellness Centre. Although sceptical, I was willing to try one last thing before accepting my lot. I went initially for 3 treatments in the first week. After the first 2 treatments I felt a good bit better and booked 2 nights in a hotel in North Berwick (first outing in over a year) thinking I felt well enough to get a wee break and sit and read and look at the sea from the hotel. Imagine how I felt following the third treatment when I found I could get up the steps to the hotel and was able to have a wee walk on the beach. Elation does not come close, I was actually crying. I have continued with my treatment and have continued to make steady progress. No, I could not run a marathon but I have a quality of life that I thought I would never have and as an added bonus I no longer have the constant nausea and headaches Id suffered from since the accident. Biggest thing I Do Not Need That Wheelchair. Thank you to all at Pain and Posture.
