I've been to two of Teresa's classes, and her "Spring Forward"one day event. I enjoyed them all immensely. Teresa is a wonderfully warm and friendly teacher with a beautifully grounded energy. I intend to book more classes and go for some one to one sessions.

I went to visit Teresa yesterday, in the lovely venue of Callendar House, and left feeling relaxed and optimistic, armed with my homework for next time . Teresa was warm, welcoming and full of great advice on how to manage my health challenges. The reiki session was very relaxing and Im looking forward to visiting again for further treatments- thank you Theresa!

Teresa maintains a comfortable and calm environment, perfect for learning. She was very friendly and open to any questions that we may have in relation to Reiki I. The class was paced just right to allow interaction between the small group, and this did not feel rushed. The information pack provided was very helpful and we were able to take notes which was of benefit on a personal level. Like any class, each individual will take something different from the class, however i would thoroughly recommend anyone who has any inkling or interest to give the class a go. Very enjoyably course with fantastic surroundings.

I had an energy treatment a couple of weeks ago with Teresa and I felt amazing afterwards. A combination of chakra rebalancing with crystals, reiki and sound therapy was used. Teresa is a marvellous energy worker and time spent with her is worth every penny. Highly recommend!
