D R Collin Fish Ltd

Bought haddock which was very nice. When buying, asked the assistant to dress the fish but was told she could not do that for health and safety reasons. But she was prepared to sell me fish dressing. Curious, never experienced that anywhere before? I wonder what the H&S issue was or just a way to sell fish dressing?

We had the best seafood from DR Collin Ltd. Fresh snd delicious langoustines, crab and lobster delivered to our holiday lodge. Not only was it delicious but delivered thst wee bit earlier as we had requested and very reasonable given my comparisons with other local seafood/Fish places. Thanks again ! 5 star and would most definitely recommend.

We visited D R Collin's shop in Eyemouth when we were on holiday in July. We purchased some scallops and halibut. We cooked the items simply at our holiday home and they were delicious. On our return home we decided we would order some witch sole, samphire and cod fillet. Although the delivery was pricey at 10 I think you can order a limitless supply of fish so obviously it's better value the more you buy. The fish should arrive the next day but the APC delivery people forgot to stop in Eyemouth! I had a call from the shop explaining the situation. Fortunately we had ordered it to arrive 24 hours before we actually needed the fish. It was sent out the next day and when it arrived I was very surprised to find a hand written note from Leanne apologising for the delay, also saying the parcel had been repackaged and they had included some hot smoked salmon free of charge. Needless to say the fish was all delicious and I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again. An added bonus is the fish is fresh and not frozen.
