Ailsa Lodge Care Home

I have worked for Ailsa lodge for just under 2 years and it was the best decision I made, not only have i gained career progression but work with a great experienced team and have excellent support from the home manager. The residents have a dedicated team around them that are kind, passionate, trusted, respectful and inclusive. Plenty of fun and laughter daily at AIlsa lodge!

I have now managed Ailsa lodge for around 18 months and it has been the best time . I am very fortunate to have a fabulous deputy manager and team I work with . We all genuinely care about our residents and families and try on a daily basis to ensure we always deliver the best care . We are embedding our values into the home to be kind , passionate , trusted , respectful and inclusive . It is a pleasure to come to work every day to see my residents laughing and being happy , this is what makes my job worthwhile .

Ailsa lodge is a great care home . My dad Archie is there and my sister and myself are very happy with the care he receives. All the staff are very pleasant and caring . They go on outings and have lots of fun days at the home with lovely home baking . Would definitely recommend this care home to anyone that needs to have there loved ones taken care of .

Ailsa Lodge is a lovely place to work. The staff are so caring and welcoming, and with the residents we make a real community and a family. The residents get to enjoy lovely homemade meals and are always enjoying fun activities and events with their hard-working carers.

Ailsa lodge has a great atmosphere and a very homely feeling about it ! Staff and management very welcoming and is under a lovely makeover. I have worked in Ailsa Lodge for over 14 years and can see a mass improvement from when starting.
