        The staff are always friendly and helpful when I go in but this is the third time Ive come to post something and the post office is not open despite being opening hours, its really frustrating to walk here in the cold to have to walk all the way back again. If the opening hours have changed they need to be updated

        Staff are friendly, no issues. I drive over here rather than going to the one right next to me in Dalmuir because the owners here are much friendlier and not rude.

        Staff are friendly but one obvious thing I did notice is that if they see someone they know coming into the shop they serve them first regardless if there is a queue or not. I was once being mid served with a parcel only to be left aside for a guy that the staff knew who walked in and dropped about 10 eBay parcels on the counter and staff served him first. This has happened to me on a few occasions. Yes I do know there is 2 queues but it still happens. Need a better system. One serve post office one serve shop. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

        Sold my 13 year old and energy drink and said they didn't know because of face masks. Absolute rubbish !! You can tell by looking at her she's not 16 . Owner is rude
