        Great development in a popular area and not as expensive for 4 & 5 bedroom properties as Cala normally charge. Gardens are small but houses are well specified with ultra fast broadband, many with solar panels and the interiors are open plan kitchen/dining areas that suit the needs of modern families. Cala have committed to funding a local bus service to allow residents to get to and from the local Bridgewater shopping centre and beyond.
