Called Cairns to remove trees from my back garden, the job was done quickly and efficiently, the lads were very pleasant they new exactly what was required to be done and cleaned up afterwards and I certainly give them a 5 Star recommendation.

Did not use them for service nor will I use them in the future. They blocked my driveway with a wood chipper. I asked them to move it and they said we are getting done soon. Didnt realize two plus hours meant soon. Plenty of area around me they could have used as my neighbor has over two acres of land. Thanks for nothing.

Cairns Tree Surgery (Derek) was recently asked to remove a tree from my daughters gravestone due to its size and to replant it in my back garden. He sensitively and respectfully dealt with the situation and due to the sentimental value of the tree, Derek personally took care of all arrangements and replanted in super quick time. Whilst my request was somewhat unusual to normal requests, Cairns took on the challenge and not only reached my expectations but exceeded them (by a long way). In a world where companies (big and small) have lost the human touch, I can tell you that Cairns Tree Surgery breaks this mould and I was indeed humbled by his personalised approach.
