Rob has been a fantastic support while going through the process to apply for new roles during my redundancy journey. He gently guides you through the process to update your C.V and how to best showcase your skills for maximum potential. He helped me really understand what I enjoy about my job and what I am looking for in future employment and how to identify these roles successfully. He provided me with various avenues to achieve my goals and was happy to also make introductions within his own contacts in a similar field. He was so relaxed and patient, which was a bonus as i am not known for having a lot of patience. As I had not applied for an external role for 17yrs, it was great to have Rob explain what employers are looking for and help me develop my C.V/ cover letter/LinkedIn around this so that my skills/attributes could be easily identified by recruiters. His calm and easy manner helped me remain calm throughout the last 4 months. Having his experience and knowledge has been invaluable and I would recommend that if anyone gets the opportunity to work with him, to grab it with both hands.

I worked with Rob after graduating from university during the global pandemic. He has played a critical role in helping me figure out the ideal career path and land all the right job interviews (despite the uncertain job market). As a student on a tight budget, making the decision to work with a career coach can be a difficult one. However, Rob's help and advice was invaluable and worth every penny. Not only did he provide brilliant advice, he was also very easy to speak to and an all-round pleasant guy. I would recommend Rob's services to any other student out there who cares deeply about their career success.

A promotion opportunity came up at work recently and Rob was an amazing help, advising me on how to make my application as relevant as possible, and coaching me and giving feedback on my interview and presentation preparation. Without Robs support I would most likely have talked myself out of even applying, but thanks to his fantastic advice I had the confidence to go for it - and I got the job! If you are having any doubts about progressing your career I cant recommend Rob highly enough.

Rob was an amazing support to me through a very difficult time. This was the first time in 16 years I was in a position of looking for a new job and the help and support I got was fantastic. Rob helped me create my CV, set up a LinkedIn profile, job search hints and tips and interview help and support. This was along with a huge level of individual support.
