Rowlands Pharmacy Ellon

The waiting times here are too long, especially when you have kids with you. You can always see lots of people behind the counter. However, it takes them ages to see you and then to give you your prescription. I dont think Ive ever been here for less than half an hour.

We had to go for a prescription while on holiday ,as forgot tablets,the staff very helpful and pleasant ,thanks so much for your help

So, it is no wonder we are still struggling to get a grip on Covid when today I witnessed someone delivering prescriptions walk straight into the place and through to the dispensary with no mask and not challenged at all about that. Then the person in front of me at the pharmacy counter was telling the staff she had been suffering from a persistent cough for 7 days and during the whole conversation about what cough mixture might be best to try next, there was shockingly not one mention of a Covid test

Contacted the doctors on Monday and had collect my prescription Tuesday from Rowlands. Went in at 5pm on Tuesday for them to say itll be Wednesday. Other than that no other information was given again, Second time this has happened. Always look like they are rushed off there feet. Will be contacting the doctors to start collecting else where, as it happens to my partner aswell Abit hard to arrange work to collect something when they change your collection day without any notice.
