I started with Carla around 1 year ago and on my first few sessions Carla was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about what exercises i could do after having my two children. I look forward to my weekly session and i feel my fitness has greatly improved. If i ever couldnt made a session Carla has fitted me in at another time during the week so i would not miss out. I would highly recommend .

Awesome gym, I have been going for many years at least 5, maybe 6. wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I'm a keen cyclist and was looking to build up my core strength to compliment and support my training and ultimately improve on my race performances. I have been going along to one of the the 6am slots, once a week. Straight away I was welcomed by Carla and fully inducted and welcomed by the others in the group. The attention to detail and quality of instruction is great. Carla spots those slight drops in form to help with the activity but also protecting your body - in my case my back! I am now doing proper press-ups and full range pull ups!! I am already getting more from the session than I thought I would and also prompting me to take some sessions home knowing the right way to lift and knowing the exercises to compliment a session. Also I feel stronger already and seeing some improved results with the online races I compete in using Zwift (racing with Wahoo LeCol). I'm really looking forward to the race opportunities when I get back to race outside with my main club Deeside Thistle Cycling Club, building on the strength and conditioning while working with my cycling coach to bring together a race ready machine The facilities are great, a really good range of equipment and the setup is really well laid out in the various stations. I'm looking forward to many more early morning starts! Continuing to build confidence and knowledge of the workouts and week on week improvements in strength. Thank you Carla!
